Aside from the ever-known Mercato group, one of the dominating hawker-inspired bazaar is from BAGA Manila (BBQ and Grillers Association). I've been aquainted with BAGA Manila two years ago in Makati Ave. Every weekend, the parking lot near A.Venue Mall transforms into a hawker market filled with assortment of things and a lot of smoked and grilled dishes.

BAGA Manila conquers the northern side of the Metro,thus the birth of BAGA Libis. Imagine my excitement when a hawker market opened just a few blocks from home. It's like every foodie's dream! What caught my attention one night when we visited BAGA Libis was this particular stall, Carnival Delights. Take a peek into what we enjoyed munching on that night:

They have always been an advocate of maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Eastwood is really a good place for foodies with a lot of good places and choices to try. You see, I live just at the outskirts of Eastwood City, so planning where to eat makes me giddy. Lately, I've been really eyeing this quaint cafe in Felina Corporate Tower in Eastwood.

I've been aware of "cupcake craze" going on as a lot of cupcake stores opening here and there. I've read a lot of good reviews but what made me more excited was I found out that they were the same as the makers of Gigi's Custaroons, I said I must definitely try their cupcakes.

I was invited by the people from Zomato and Bigoli Eastwood for a Foodie Meet-up. I was excited because there will be good food, good company and lots of fun.

Zomato is an app that compiles the list of restaurants and establishments in the Metro. It serves as guide that is very helpful especially for foodies (like me!) if you want to know the best food places in the area. You can write a review to help other foodies give an insight on how the restaurants fare.

Ristorante Bigoli Eastwood takes pride in offering Italian Cuisine. They are located at Eastwood Citywalk 2 and have ample space to dine in for it has a second floor. They also have function rooms that you can conduct meetings with. We also got to meet Jerome Mitra, their Marketing Manager that day.
