Kuse Crossroads BGC Review
Friday, May 30, 2014
Soshi and I decided to have lunch at Kuse Crossroads BGC before heading out on a wedding at San Pedro Laguna. The wedding is set at 2:00PM and we were already starving by the time we stepped out the blaring sun.
Kuse specializes in Traditional Filipino Cuisine. Their menu had a lot of our Filipino favorites like Liempo, Bagnet, Kare Kare and even Paco Salad from Laguna. All their dishes are good for sharing.
Here's what we ordered:
If you are an avid reader of my blog, you'll know how I love fried rice. Even though rice automatically cancells all my crunches and hardwork at the gym, I still love to devour fried rice whenevr I got a chance to get a hold of them.
BBQ Beef Back Ribs Adobado 500g (Php325)
Soshi loved a good ribs so he was digging on this dish non stop. The price came as a surprise because you get 500grams of beef ribs for less that Php500, real affordable right?
To cap off our meal, we ordered their Halo Halo. We didn't expect their Halo Halo to be this big for its price, even Soshi was amazed with their servings. The sweet syrup and milk was served on the side so you can adjust the level of sweetness and creaminess of your Halo Halo. I think we got excited and just dumped all of it in the halo halo and ate every bits of it.
I think Kuse instantly became Soshi's favorite resto because of their big servings and Filipino comfort food. We are already planning to come back to try their Vigan Bagnet and Sapin Sapin Creme Brulee.
Have you tried Kuse's dishes? Which ones are your favorite?
