Signature Burgers at Pablo's Pub and Restaurant Bonifacio Global City

Friday, November 13, 2015

A lot of pubs have opened around BGC area, catering to the ever busy young professionals in Taguig. With their hectic day, a lot of them have been gravitated towards pubs at the end of the day to unwind  with the company of comfort food and drinks as they wrap up their busy day.

Pablo's Pub and Restaurant is tucked between the array of specialty Asian Restaurants in The Forum building. Their interiors are inspired by European pubs (or a gentleman's pub) which will want you to sink yourself in the couch and drink the night blues away.

In line with their anniversary, Pablo's is revamping their signature burgers to make your dining (and drinking) experience more comforting. Pablo's opened its doors to us, Zomato reviewers as they unveil their new and improved signature burgers. Here are a few of the signature burgers that we tried that night:

Wake me Up Burger (Php370)

Wasabi Mayo Burger (Php350)

Wild Shrooms Burger (Php390)

I opted for the Wild Shrooms Burger. You can choose what you want in your burger, quarter or half pound (double patty), or with /without bun and such. I chose the quarter pound and enjoyed munching on my burger. Pablo's buns were so soft as pillows, we were told that it's a specially made bun. The crunch of the fried shrooms gave a bit of texture to the burger.

Aside from their burgers, their selection of appetizers (or pulutans!) are also interesting. If you are looking for some bar chows to go along with your drink, you can try these following dishes:

Pablo's Chicharong Bulaklak (Php330)

The crunchiest chicharong bulaklak. Sinfully good, but make sure to watch those cholesterol levels.

Pablo's Signature Nachos (Php390)

One of a kind nachos because it has the right balance of meat, veggies and nacho chips. The meat are rare steak cuts which was so juicy and so good.

Spicy Chicken Tenders (Php295)

These tenders are a mashup of sweet, tangy and a bit of spice. You'll definitely ask for a cup of rice after taking a bite.

Overall, I bet Soshi (or men in general) would definitely enjoy hanging out at Pablo's Pub and Restaurant. Affordable comfort food, nice selection of bottles and drinks and hot date (ahem, like me) would complete a man's night.

Where do you usually hang in BGC?
